It’s still 1-bay garage, but the driveway is 3 cars wide.
Also, there’s a house attached. I’ll let my wife worry about that stuff though.
Why am I assaulting Oppo with meaningless not-really-updates updates? I don’t know. I have like six friends... Two, if you exclude my wife and pets.

They originally put it on the market for something like $500k. It’s now listed at $310. Why? It’s in a “transitional” neighborhood, it has no backyard, and it looks like this on the outside

Amazing. The only way you do that is if you really want that kitchen and you plan to never move. And you have them bury you in the Subzero so you save the cost of the casket.

One of my real estate pet peeves is how few listings include pictures of the garage. They already took 40 pictures with a fish eye lens and over saturated color, why not trade the three of the guest bathroom for a couple shots of the garage?

When you look at other pictures of the interior you think it’s a remodeled craftsman that has the typical quirks of an old house (1911) but is pretty nice. Then you see the outside and it all goes to crap.

I bought a Seattle house with a 14x25 single car garage and turned that into a tandem. It wasn’t a great way to improve house value, but I really like it.

Maybe just stay in your place and use the extra funds to, I don’t know, live?

I like the grass patch. It’s probably for oil drips when the owner is in a hurry and has to park his 911 outside.

And they used them in the master bath as well as some other places in the house too. Terrible.
